- Radios in Vessels registered by the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry.
- Radios in unregistered vessels operating in the coastal waters of the Cayman Islands
- Radios in local vessels operating in the coastal waters of the Cayman Islands.
- Radios in unregistered vessels operating in the coastal waters of the Cayman Islands
- Amateur (HAM) Radios
- All land-based radio transmitters, irrespective of frequency, located in the Cayman Islands

All radio and spectrum licences are subject to a renewal policy where applicable
