Consultation on Proposed Truth in Advertising Rules

The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (‘OfReg’) is launching a consultation on the proposed Truth in Advertising Rules. The proposed Truth in Advertising Rules outline how the Office would normally consider the appropriateness of marketing communications made in relation to the provision of Electricity, Fuels, ICT and Water Services. All interested parties are encouraged to read the document and to submit any comments, with supporting evidence. 

The consultation document can be downloaded at www.ofreg.ky.
