Infinity/DataLink Pole Attachment Dispute
On 12 September 2014, the Authority received a determination request filed by Infinity Broadband Ltd. (trading as C3) (‘Infinity’) under the Authority’s Dispute Resolution Regulations (2003) relating to the provision by DataLink, Ltd. (‘DataLink’) of its pole attachment services. DataLink filed its written response to that determination request on 2 October 2014.
The Authority considers it appropriate in this matter to invite submissions from any interested parties on the issues addressed in each of the filings made by Infinity and DataLink, such filings having been placed on the Authority’s website below.
